Welcome to ChronosMark. By accessing or using ChronosMark.com or purchasing our automated trademark maintenance document preparation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Scope of Service & Non-Legal Representation Notice

ChronosMark provides automated administrative document preparation and workflow support for USPTO trademark maintenance filings (Sections 8, 15, and 9).

NOTICE: ChronosMark is an administrative technology platform and is NOT a law firm. Using our website or purchasing service packages does not constitute formal legal advice or create an attorney-client relationship.

2. Flat Service Fees & Direct Government Billing

Service Preparation Fees: Service fees charged at checkout cover flat-rate administrative document preparation and system processing. Once document preparation has commenced following intake submission, service preparation fees are non-refundable.

USPTO Government Fees: Statutory government filing fees charged by the USPTO are completely separate from ChronosMark preparation fees. ChronosMark does not mark up, hold, or collect statutory government fees. Government fees are paid directly by you to the USPTO via an official government e-signature and payment link provided upon completion of your draft package.

3. User Responsibilities & Accuracies

You are solely responsible for providing truthful, accurate, and up-to-date registration details, commercial specimens, and ownership information in your post-checkout intake form. ChronosMark prepares documents strictly based on customer-provided questionnaire answers and official USPTO database records.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under law, ChronosMark, its owners, officers, and service partners shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from inaccurate user-submitted data, third-party USPTO system delays, or failure by the user to execute direct government fee payments prior to statutory USPTO expiration deadlines.
